Personal - We began vacationing on the Outer Banks in 1966, our first anniversary. After 15 years of managing our architectural glass business in Greensboro, NC, we realized we couldn't wait any longer to Live the Outer Banks dream! We moved here in 1997 with our 2 cats and our dog. We haven't regretted one moment.

Mike is a woodworker and photographer while Linda knits and paints. Their commonality is their love of music ... the classics. Mike sings in the Duck UMC choir and Linda facilitates Bible studies. They both are members of the Coast Guard Auxiliary and Mike volunteers for N.E.S.T. riding the beach 2 mornings in season searching for endangered turtle nests. Linda's knitted baby hats go to the Medical University of South Carolina for babies in critical care.
