Latest Single Family Home Sales


Compare the latest months sales for single family homes in Corolla, Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Nags Head with the 2011 year to date and the total 2010 sales. The 2011 year to date average sale price is higher than 2010 single family home sales. The number of sales has slightly increased as well. This 7 month period surely indicates that Outer Banks home sales bottomed out in 2010.

This should be seen as a positive time for buyers since prices have bounced up from the bottom.
