About Us

We came to the Outer Banks in 1966 on our first anniversary. From that time, we knew we would one day live here. After many years of vacations and long weekends, we came to stay in 1997. Since then, we have lived in Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head, and now Kitty Hawk near the sound. We know the Outer Banks. It is now our pleasure to share our local knowledge with you.

Though we pride ourselves on being workaholics, we do take time to boat in the sound, walk the beaches, play with our collie and 2 goofy cats, and volunteer with our Coast Guard Auxiliary. We also work in our church where Mike sings in the choir, oversees grounds upkeep, and works in disaster relief. He works with N.E.S.T. to find and protect endangered sea turtles by riding the Duck beaches early of a morning looking for turtle tracks. Linda teaches Sunday school and facilitates Bible study classes. She loves to knit and grow roses in her container garden. We love to shop, eat in our fine restaurants, and just kick back and enjoy wiggling our toes in the sand. Come find your fun!

Certifications and Recognitions

Linda has been a REALTOR since 1997 and is certified as a Broker in Charge. Linda is past chairman of the Education Committee for the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS. She has obtained her GRI, RRS and ABR designations and is currently working toward her CRS qualification.

Mike teamed up with Linda in 2001 after a long and successful career as a sales professional. With his sales experience Linda knew that together they would bring their clients the necessary experience for positive results. Mike has also earned the prestigious GRI designation, the RRS and is also working to earn his CRS. He is also a designated broker in charge.

Mike and Linda were honored to be selected by Money magazine as the Outer Banks REALTORS featured in the June 2005 real estate issue. Excerpts of the article also appeared on CNN/money and the home page of AOL.

They have received monthly Sales Leadership awards and are proud simply to have satisfied clients who know the value of their services.
